3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must not show signs of use, damage, or alteration.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required.

For golf products:

  • Equipment must not be used on a golf course.

  • Golf clubs must not show any signs of wear, ball marks, or scratches.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your Order number and the Reason for return.

  3. Wait for our team to provide return approval and the specific return shipping instructions.

  4. Ship the item back using a tracked service (such as Royal Mail or DPD).

Please note: Returns sent without prior contact and approval may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, we will cover or reimburse all return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days (via Royal Mail or DPD).

  • Delays may occasionally occur due to external factors beyond our control.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

10. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customised, bespoke, or personalised items.

  • Gift cards.

11. Exchanges
